Tines of the Trident

Greetings to all, and welcome to Marinus, the Barony by the Sea.

Hope everyone has made it home safely from 12th night. Very nice event, beautiful hall (a bit out in the woods though). The hotel seemed very accomadating. Still hard to recognize people when they're not in garb!

Congratulations to several of our Marinusians, Erica of Marinus ( Erica Meeker) was awarded the Order of the Hippocampus for her service to the barony and to the kingdom. Both Rhiannon and Erikr were awarded the Oder of the Opal for service to the Kingdom. Lady Oda was awarded the Silver Nautilus by the Queen for her beautiful relic bag. Rhiannon was also given a personal recognition from Tannis as "someone to keep an eye on" as Tannis was celebrating her 30th year anniversary as a peer.

The "Feast of 5 meats" seemed to be a great success. Overall a very lovely day.

In service to the people of Marinus,
William and Sarah Beth
